Sylina has both clinical and community experience in chronic disease management, such as dibetes and cardiovascular disease. She has a special interest in digestive and gut health, and has completed additional training in the use of low FODMAP diet for managing IBS. 

Kyle is a physiotherapist for Melbourne Victory Football Club and casual academic at La Trobe University. He has special interest in treating non-op and post-op injuries of the shoulder, lower limb and spine. Kyle has additional training in shoulder, hip, ankle and spinal pain, as well as hip and knee osteoarthritis management. 

Gaaya is an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist specialising in pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation as well as pregnancy and postpartum conditions.
